Standard Postage (2-5 Business Days once processed): $5.00 

Express Postage (1-3 Business Days once processed): $10.00 

Free shipping for domestic orders over $60.

We offer International Shipping to New Zealand and Canada 

New Zealand - Standard Postage (7-12 Business Days): $15 AUD

Canada - Standard Postage (15 - 25 Business Days): $19 AUD

Time frames are estimates and from the date your order is dispatched and does not include time for customs clearance. Due to COVID-19, there may be delays expected especially during peak seasons and from business interruptions.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order. Additional cost is the responsibility of customers and not covered or reimbursed by Bellabie Lashes. 

When will my order be shipped?

What is your return and exchange policy?

At Bellabie Lashes we pride ourselves in quality control and providing customers with the highest quality products. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to provide a refund or exchange however if you have received a faulty or damaged product please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order with photos and details of the problem and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Addresses or Unclaimed parcels

Please insure the correct delivery address is listed when checking out as we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses. If packages are returned due to incorrect or insufficient information we will contact you and provide a store credit (excluding shipping fee).
